Blues, ballads and bop share the groove with Latin, Asian, and European influences coming from his travels to over 30 countries and cultural immersion in several of them. This unique artist was recently featured on PBS TV in "JUBA:MASTERS of TAP & Percussive Dance" with some of the leading contemporary tap dancers. Shoehorn has appeared in major festivals including the Festival de Jazz de Montreal,Tapparade 2002 in Russia,Vienna International Jazz Festival 2000, and World Expos in Vancouver, B.C., Brisbane, Australia, and Osaka, Japan. He has recorded two CDs as a leader featuring original and standard songs.
