If you prefer, you can mail a CD, DVD or USB drive containing these items to the address above before the cut-off date.
Submission must include:
a. Completed Application form. (Submission indicates that you agree to the terms and conditions in the 2016 Vocalist Competition Agreement.)
b. Audio recordings of you performing two jazz songs, both a ballad and an up tempo piece (in .mp3, .mp4, or .wav format), in two separate files, with each file not exceeding 25 MB. Each file name must include your name and the song title.
c. Headshot. (in JPEG, GIF, or PDF format).
