Hello my name is Tim Barrow, I am a local musician in the Portland metro area. I'm posting this message in regards to a project I'm developing and am looking into various options for help. I'm developing a very inovative music school (a longtime dream of mine), and need help to get to a forum that is going to be held in california. The funds that I acquire would be used for my tuition, airfare, room, learning materials and expenses. The forum is put together by a company called I.B.I. (Income Builders International). If you can help or know of people and or organizations that can help that would like to sit down and discuss this with me I would be more than happy to do so.
