Hello my name is Tim Barrow, I am a local musician in the Portland metro area. I'm posting this message in regards to something I need help with and am looking into various options. I'm developing a very inovative music school (a longtime dream of mine), and need help to get to a forum in california in less than a week. This is not a joke and is of utmost importance. If you can help or know of people and or organizations that can help who would like to sit down and discuss this with me I would be more than happy to do so.
